David O’Bryon

David Scott O’Bryon, JD, CAE, LL.D (Hon), FICC is a recognized leader in association management, public policy, and integrative health care, with over four decades of experience across government, nonprofits, and higher education.

As Founder and President of O’Bryon and Company since 1990, he has helped national organizations strengthen operations, expand their impact, and advance strategic initiatives. Since 1996, he has also served as President of the Association of Chiropractic Colleges, leading efforts to advance educational excellence and research while growing its premier annual conference.

David played a key role in securing the inclusion of chiropractic care within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense health systems. Earlier in his career, he served on Capitol Hill and as the first full-time lobbyist for the American Chiropractic Association, influencing major federal policy.

He continues to contribute to national and global health initiatives, including serving as a delegate to the World Health Organization. David holds a BA from Gettysburg College, a JD from the Potomac School of Law, and has received numerous honors recognizing his leadership and service.
