Give spine care to those who need it most.

Spinal pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide. But together, we can decrease the burden of disease, with affordable, evidence-based, sustainable spine care.

Our Work

One billion people suffer from spinal pain worldwide.

We believe that everyone deserves access to safe and effective spine care. By working with local healthcare organizations in low- and middle-income countries, we provide conservative, low-cost care to under-served communities.

When people are able to overcome disability and return to work, they can provide for their family – and contribute to their community, lifting others.

About Us

Spine care for all.

World Spine Care began with the realization that spine care is a neglected aspect of the healthcare system – particularly in underserved communities where access to healthcare is already limited.

Whether in the villages surrounding the Okavango Delta in Botswana, the rural communities outside of Mumbai, India, or the tropical jungles of the Dominican Republic, our goal is to bring spine care to those in need.

“It is entirely honorable to strive towards seemingly impossible goals in an effort to achieve a better world.”

— Dr. Scott Haldeman, Founder
