Brad Beira

Prof Brad Beira is the Secretary General of the World Federation of Chiropractic—a non-state actor in official relations with the WHO—and a Director of World Spine Care Africa. He is a clinician, medicolegal advisor, and educator. He lectures for Universities, Business Schools, Departments of Health, the World Bank/IFC, and globally on matters of public health access and the digital health ecosystem, addressing universal healthcare strategies aligned to WHO public health, primary care, and rehabilitation committee initiatives.

Brad has consulted and lectured widely in local and international forums, including telehealth and telemedicine strategy and application, the digital health economy, bioethics, as well as health economics, financing of health systems, corporate governance, and health risk management.

Dr. Beira has combined medical theory and practice with legal precedent and ethical conduct to develop a unique approach to providing affordable value-based care in primary and remote areas.
