Paseka Seroto

Dr Paseka Seroto is a Certified Director® (IoDSA), spinal neurosurgeon, and healthcare strategist with a strong focus on spinal surgery, governance, and value-based healthcare. He holds national leadership roles across several professional bodies. He holds an MBA in Healthcare from the University of Stellenbosch and is a Certified Value-Based Healthcare Professional (ICHOM), equipping him with expertise in healthcare economics, performance measurement, and sustainable funding models.

His additional executive education includes Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare (MIT) and Executive Leadership in Global Surgery (University of Cape Town). He also holds an AO Global Spine diploma, and a diploma inSpine Surgery and Endoscopic Spine Surgery from eccELearning.

Dr Seroto serves on the councils and executive structures of several national professional bodies, including AO Spine Southern Africa, the South African Spine Society (SASS), the South African Endoscopic Spine Society (SAESS), and the College of Neurosurgeons (CMSA). He has published in peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents at national and international spine and neurosurgical congresses.
